What information is needed for a quote?
Dimensions, construction, condition, base type, contents, gate width, loading access, and clear photos.
Is concrete removal included?
Only when it is reviewed and written into the approved scope. Shed structure removal and concrete work can be separate.
What materials need advance disclosure?
Fuel, paint, propane, pesticides, batteries, unknown liquids, asbestos concerns, and connected utilities all need advance review.
Will the area be cleaned?
The quote should name the cleanup boundary. A final sweep of the agreed work area is different from landscaping, grading, or restoration.
